We have faith in your ability to be responsible, and millions of users share that faith. The following are the basic rules that have been constructed in accordance with this notion. Please honor the spirit in which they were designed by taking them seriously.
Pornography and sexually explicit content are not permitted on 9techy. We cooperate with law enforcement and report cases of child exploitation.
Pornography and sexually explicit content that contains any of the following items will be classed as such, and associated resources will be removed.
- Penis, anus, or vagina (partial or entire), full breasts, and nipples are examples of genitals
- Intercourse (sex) is visible in pornographic photographs
- Nudity
- Cum/semen or any other comparable substance on the face
- Because of the link to pedophilia, photos in diapers are prohibited
9techy does not allow content that sexually exploits or endangers children. The account and related content will be deactivated immediately.
If you come across content that violates our pornography or sexually explicit content policy, please follow the instructions to report it.
However, there are sexual materials that do not portray any of the above. In our NSFW (Not Safe for Work) area, adult jokes and porn memes may be tolerated.
Don’t publish or comment on content that is violent, gruesome, or that encourages others, especially children, to do things that may cause them to be hurt or to conduct specific acts of violence. If you’re presenting graphic content in a news or documentary context, make sure to include enough context to help viewers comprehend what’s going on.
Violent, gory, and harmful content, as well as similar elements, are categorised as violent, gory, and harmful content.

- Suggestions on how to consume and use medications
- If there is proof of a desire to seriously injure or kill individuals, instructions on how to create or use weapons
- Unless there is a clear context indicating the content is for a non-violent purpose (for example, part of commercial video games, clear scientific/educational purpose, fireworks, or expressly for fishing), instructions on how to construct or use explosives are prohibited
We don’t accept content or commentary that encourages or condones violence against individuals or groups based on race or ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, or sexual orientation, or whose primary goal is to incite hatred based on these key qualities.
Hate speech and bullying are classified as content that contains any of the following items, and linked materials will be masked, collapsed, or deleted based on their severity.
- Tags that promote cyberbullying in posts
- Violent or threatening text sent to individuals or groups
- Text with racial or sexual preference material that is exceedingly offensive
Spam is something that everyone despises. To increase views, don’t submit a lot of untargeted, unwanted, or repetitious content and comments. It is not permitted to create numerous accounts with overlapping uses or to avoid a temporary or permanent ban on a different account.
Spamming, manipulation, and multiple account misuse are all defined as content that contains any of the following items. Accounts and related content will be deactivated immediately.
- To vote or report material, several accounts with overlapping uses are created
- To promote the same content, numerous accounts with overlapping uses are created
- Creating numerous accounts with overlapping uses or to get around a separate account’s temporary or permanent ban
- To attract views, massive amounts of repetitious content and comments are created
Spreading false information is not a good idea. Comments and deceptive content may be removed.
Deceptive material is defined as content that contains any of the following elements. The stuff that is related to it will be erased.
- Links/URLs/Emails pointing to scams or pornographic websites of any kind
- Information/news that is incorrect or deceptive
- The major goal of the content is to persuade others to abandon 9techy in favor of other sites.
Anything that reveals other people’s personally identifying information (including personal social media profiles of non-public personalities without the approval of the originating party) is not authorized to ensure the safety of private individuals.
Personal and private information is defined as content that comprises any of the following items. Related content and accounts will be immediately removed and banned.
- Personal information, such as a person’s complete name, photo, phone number, email address, and dwelling address, is disclosed without the consent of the originating party
- Personal social media accounts of non-public figures are revealed without the original party’s agreement
Content that depicts or encourages unlawful behavior will not be accepted. Users who perpetrate such activities may be permanently banned from 9techy if they are reported to police enforcement.
On 9techy, you may not impersonate others (persons, groups, or brands) in a way that is intended to or does deceive, confuse, or mislead others.
All related content and accounts will be deactivated right away.
Originality and ingenuity are valued. Don’t forget to give credit where credit is due. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of companies or persons who have a legal claim or trademark on them. Accounts that mislead others by utilizing business names and/or logos may be permanently banned.
We can enforce our rules in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to:
- Content is being removed
- Account suspension, either temporary or permanent
- Accounts’ rights are removed or restrictions are placed on them
